Rishon [1st]:
31:1Moshe went and spoke
these words to all Yisra'el. 31:2He said to them, I am one hundred twenty years old this day; I can no more go out and come in: and ADONAI
has said to me, You shall not go over this Yarden.
31:3ADONAI your G-d, he will go over before you; he will destroy
these nations from before you, and you shall dispossess them: and Yehoshua, he shall go over before you, as
ADONAI has spoken.
Sheni [2nd]:
31:4ADONAI will do to them as
he did to Sichon and to `Og, the kings of the Amori, and to their land; whom he destroyed.
31:5ADONAI will deliver them up before you,
and you shall do to them according to all the mitzvah which I have commanded you.
31:6Be strong and of good
courage, don't be afraid, nor be scared of them: for ADONAI your G-d, he it is who does go with you;
he will not fail you, nor forsake you.
Shlishi [3rd]:
31:7Moshe called to Yehoshua,
and said to him in the sight of all Yisra'el, Be strong and of good courage: for you shall go with this people
into the land which ADONAI has sworn to their fathers to give them; and you shall cause them to inherit it.
31:8ADONAI, he it is who does
go before you; he will be with you, he will not fail you, neither forsake you: don't be afraid, neither be
dismayed.
31:9Moshe wrote this law, and delivered it to the kohanim the sons of Levi, who bore the
ark of the covenant of ADONAI, and to all the elders of Yisra'el.
R'vi'i [4th]:
31:10Moshe commanded them,
saying, At the end of every seven years, in the set time of the year of release, in the feast of booths,
31:11when all
Yisra'el is come to appear before ADONAI your G-d in the place which he shall choose, you shall read
this law before all Yisra'el in their hearing. 31:12Assemble the people, the men and the women and the little ones, and your foreigner who is within your
gates, that they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear ADONAI your G-d, and observe to do all
the words of this law; 31:13and that their children, who have not known, may hear, and learn to fear ADONAI your G-d, as
long as you live in the land where you go over the Yarden to possess it.
Chamishi [5th]:
31:14ADONAI said to
Moshe, Behold, your days approach that you must die: call Yehoshua, and present yourselves in the tent of meeting,
that I may give him a charge. Moshe and Yehoshua went, and presented themselves in the tent of meeting.
31:15ADONAI appeared in the
Tent in a pillar of cloud: and the pillar of cloud stood over the door of the Tent.
31:16ADONAI said to Moshe, Behold, you shall
sleep with your fathers; and this people will rise up, and play the prostitute after the strange gods of the land,
where they go to be among them, and will forsake me, and break my covenant which I have made with them.
31:17Then my anger shall be
kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be
devoured, and many evils and troubles shall come on them; so that they will say in that day, Haven't these evils
come on us because our G-d is not among us?
31:18I will surely hide my face in that day for all the evil which they shall
have worked, in that they are turned to other gods.
31:19Now therefore write you this song for you, and teach you it the children of Yisra'el: put it in their
mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the children of Yisra'el.
Shishi [6th]:
31:20For when I shall have
brought them into the land which I swore to their fathers, flowing with milk and honey, and they shall have eaten
and filled themselves, and grown fat; then will they turn to other gods, and serve them, and despise me, and break
my covenant. 31:21It
shall happen, when many evils and troubles are come on them, that this song shall testify before them as a
witness; for it shall not be forgotten out of the mouths of their seed: for I know their imagination which they
frame this day, before I have brought them into the land which I swore. 31:22So Moshe wrote this song the same day, and taught it the
children of Yisra'el.
31:23He gave Yehoshua the son of Nun a charge, and said, Be strong and of good courage; for you shall bring
the children of Yisra'el into the land which I swore to them: and I will be with you.
31:24It happened, when Moshe had made an end of writing the words of this law in a book, until they were
finished.
Shvi'i [7th]:
31:25Moshe commanded the Levites, who bore
the ark of the covenant of ADONAI, saying, 31:26Take this book of the law, and put it by the side of the ark of the covenant of ADONAI your G-d,
that it may be there for a witness against you. 31:27For I know your rebellion, and your stiff neck: behold, while I am yet alive with you this day, you have
been rebellious against ADONAI; and how much more after my death?
Maftir [concluding]:
31:28Assemble to me
all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and
earth to witness against them. 31:29For I know that after my death you will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I
have commanded you; and evil will happen to you in the latter days; because you will do that which is evil in the
sight of ADONAI, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands.
31:30Moshe spoke in the ears of all the assembly of Yisra'el the words of this song, until they were finished.

Hoshea (Hosea) 14:2-10
14:1Yisra'el, return to ADONAI your G-d;
For you have fallen because of your sin.
14:2Take words with you, and return to ADONAI.
Tell him, "Forgive all our sins,
And accept that which is good:
So we offer like bulls our lips.
14:3Ashshur can't save us.
We won't ride on horses;
Neither will we say any more to the work of our hands, 'Our gods!'
For in you the fatherless finds mercy."
14:4"I will heal their waywardness.
I will love them freely;
For my anger is turned away from him.
14:5I will be like the dew to Yisra'el.
He will blossom like the lily,
And send down his roots like Levanon.
14:6His branches will spread,
And his beauty will be like the olive tree,
And his fragrance like Levanon.
14:7Men will dwell in his shade.
They will revive like the grain,
And blossom like the vine.
Their fragrance will be like the wine of Levanon.
14:8Efrayim, what have I to do any more with idols?
I answer, and will take care of him.
I am like a green fir tree;
From me your fruit is found."
14:9Who is wise, that he may understand these things?
Who is prudent, that he may know them?
For the ways of ADONAI are right,
And the righteous walk in them;
But the rebellious stumble in them.
Mikhah (Micah) 7:18-20
7:18Who is a G-d
like you, who pardons iniquity,
And passes over the disobedience of the remnant of his heritage?
He doesn't retain his anger forever,
Because he delights in loving kindness.
7:19He will again have compassion on us.
He will tread our iniquities under foot;
And you will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
7:20You will give truth to Ya`akov,
and mercy to Avraham,
As you have sworn to our fathers from the days of old.
Yo'el (Joel) 2:15-27
2:15Blow the shofar in Tziyon!
Sanctify a fast.
Call a solemn assembly.
2:16Gather the people.
Sanctify the assembly.
Assemble the elders.
Gather the children, and those who suck the breasts.
Let the bridegroom go forth from his room,
And the bride out of her chamber.
2:17Let the kohanim, the ministers of ADONAI, weep between the porch and
the altar,
And let them say, "Spare your people, LORD,
And don't give your heritage to reproach,
That the nations should rule over them.
Why should they say among the peoples,
'Where is their G-d?'" 2:18Then ADONAI was jealous for his land,
And had pity on his people. 2:19ADONAI answered his people,
"Behold, I will send you grain, new wine, and oil,
And you will be satisfied with them;
And I will no more make you a reproach among the nations.
2:20But I will remove the northern army far away from you,
And will drive it into a barren and desolate land,
Its front into the eastern sea,
And its back into the western sea;
And its stench will come up,
And its bad smell will rise."
Surely he has done great things.
2:21Land, don't be afraid.
Be glad and rejoice, for ADONAI has done great things.
2:22Don't be afraid, you animals of the field;
For the pastures of the wilderness spring up,
For the tree bears its fruit.
The fig tree and the vine yield their strength.
2:23"Be glad then, you children of Tziyon,
And rejoice in ADONAI, your G-d;
For he gives you the former rain in just measure,
And he causes the rain to come down for you,
The former rain and the latter rain,
As before.
2:24The threshing floors will be full of wheat,
And the vats will overflow with new wine and oil.
2:25I will restore to you the years that the swarming arbeh has eaten,
The great arbeh, the khagav, and the
caterpillar,
My great army, which I sent among you.
2:26You will have plenty to eat, and be satisfied,
And will praise the name of ADONAI, your G-d,
Who has dealt wondrously with you;
And my people will never again be disappointed.
2:27You will know that I am in the midst of Yisra'el,
And that I am ADONAI, your G-d, and there is no one else;
And my people will never again be disappointed.

Messianic Jews 13:5-8
13:5Be free from
the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, "I will in no way leave you, neither
will I in any way forsake you." 13:6So that with good courage we say,
"ADONAI is my helper. I will not fear.
What can man do to me?"
13:7Remember
your leaders, men who spoke to you the word of G-d, and considering the results of their conduct,
imitate their faith. 13:8Yeshua the Messiah is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
