Just Suppose

• Just suppose that all of the former Native American Nations of Maryland and Virginia formed an alliance: the Chickahominy, Mataponi, Monacan, Nansemond, Piscataway, Pamunkey, Rappahannoe, Youghiogheny Shawnee, and the other 30 or so tribes of the Powhatan Confederacy.
   
  
• Just suppose they called themselves the Native American Liberation Organization (NALO), and demanded to be recognized as a sovereign nation.
   
  
• Just suppose the NALO members moved en masse to the area between the Chesapeake Bay and the eastern border of Virginia.
   
  
• Just suppose they began referring to the area that they had overrun as the “West Bank” of the Chesapeake, or the “Occupied Territory.”
   
  
• Just suppose the NALO declared the United States Declaration of Independence and Constitution void, and claimed that the United States of America had no right to exist.
   
  
• Just suppose they demanded that they be given all of the land from North Capitol Street in Washington, D.C., eastward to the Chesapeake Bay, the U.S. Capitol building, the White House, Arlington Cemetery, the Supreme Court Building, the National Archives, and half of all the buildings of the Smithsonian Institute.
   
  
• Just suppose they demanded that they be given “joint control” of Washington, D.C.
   
  
• Just suppose they started bombing school busses, restaurants, hotels, and shopping malls in western Maryland, eastern Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
   
  
• Just suppose they swore that they would never cease their acts of terrorism until all people of European descent in North America were either dead or off the continent.
    
  
• Just suppose they called their acts of terrorism “self-defense,” and called the attempts of the American police and military to stop them “aggression.”
    
  
• Do you suppose that America would just walk away and let them have all of their demands?
   
  
• Do you suppose that America would be inclined to negotiate a “peaceful settlement” with the NALO?
   
  
• Or do you suppose that America would do whatever was necessary to protect our continued existence as a nation?
   
  
• Why do you suppose America is attempting to enforce a far different standard on Israel?
   
   
• Now, do you suppose that the September 11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and the American airline industry will have any effect on America’s position toward the PLO’s terrorism against Israel? [Naaaah, I didn't think so either!]
