original. In these cases the changed text is enclosed in [square

NOTICE
In accordance with Title 17 U.S.C., section 107, some
material on this web site is provided without permission from the
copyright owner, only for purposes of criticism, comment, news
reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research under the "fair use"
provisions of federal copyright laws. These materials may not be
distributed further, except for "fair use" non-profit educational
purposes, without permission of the copyright owner. |
These materials may not be reproduced electronically or
“mirrored” on another website. They may be downloaded to
your computer and printed for your personal use, and they may
be reproduced on paper for your personal and/or group study
as long as the following conditions are met:
1. If reproduced for any reason, they must be reproduced
exactly “as is,” in their entirety, including all footnotes, references,
and copyright markings.
2. If reproduced for group study, they must be distributed at no
cost to the recipient beyond the reasonable and actual cost of
reproduction.
3. They may not be reproduced in any form whatsoever,
including electronic, for any form of profit.
4. They may not be copied to other web sites. However, we
welcome links to individual pages as long as they are not contained
in frames.
There are a few reasons why I feel it necessary to impose these
restrictions.
First of all, as with all academic endeavors, a portion of the material I
have used in my teaching ministry is the copyrighted intellectual property
of others who have generously granted permission for me to use it, and
their rights need to be protected as well as do mine.
Second, from time to time some who have disagreed with my conclusions and
opinions as presented in these materials have reprinted part
of the materials, quoted me out of context, and have
distorted what I have actually said so that it appeared that I
said something quite different. All those who read my work have the right
to determine for themselves exactly what I have said and the context in
which I have said it.
Finally, these materials are the product of many years of personal labor.
I have never received a salary from any church or school in which I have
taught most of this material, including Family Bible Church or B'nei
HaMelech. I have never made a profit on nor charged anyone for this
information, and I certainly don’t expect anyone else to charge for it.
Most of this information is directly related to the interpretation and
application of the Word of G-d, and His Word is not for sale.
However, the
Scriptures clearly teach that an Elder (Pastor/Teacher/Rabbi) is to give
himself as fully as possible to study, prayer, and the ministry of
G-d’s Word, that it is G-d’s plan for him to earn his
living from that activity (Luke
10:7-8; 1 Cor. 9:14;
1 Tim. 5:17-18), and that those who benefit from his ministry are to
voluntarily and cheerfully provide for his
financial support.
