Pick up any newspaper or magazine, or turn on any television
or radio news report, and within a very few minutes you will find a
reference to “Islam, one of the world’s three great monotheistic
religions,” as if Islam has much in common with Judaism and Christianity. …
You will even hear so-called “Christian” and even Jewish leaders suggesting
that the G-d of Islam is the same as the G-d of Avraham, Yitz'chak, and
Ya`akov, the G-d of the Bible and the only true G-d.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Islam has absolutely
nothing whatsoever to do with Judaism and Christianity, and they are not
our friends, and they will never be our friends. [Until Messiah returns and
Islam is abolished] …

Mohammad was born in Arabia in the city of
Mecca in 570 CE. He came from a prominent and highly respected family. When
he was 25 he married a wealthy widow named Khadija. Their marriage was a
happy one although only one of their children, Fatima, lived to maturity.
Mohammad spent most of his time in solitary meditation. He began to have
many disturbing visions. Once he believed he saw the angel Gabriel. …
The basic doctrines that every Muslim must believe, no
matter where he lives, or to which particular Islamic sect he belongs.
Besides the six doctrines to be believed,
there are five (seven, actually) duties to be performed.
There are three major sects of Islam, briefly defined here.
In addition to the three major sects of Islam, Sufism and
Black Muslims are considered minor sects of Islam.
A glossary of common Islamic words and phrases.
The Bible is one of the many holy books recognized by Islam.
It is superseded by the Qur’an. … Islam denies that Yeshua (“Isa”) is the
son of G-d, although it describes the virgin birth in a passage similar to
Luke 1:26-38. The Qur’an calls “Isa” a prophet, equal to Abraham, Jonah,
and others, but places him far below Mohammad. All other things attributed
to Yeshua, as being G-d, are denied by Islam. …
by Mufti A.H. Elias
“Muslims do believe that ‘Isa’ [Yeshua] … was sent down
as a Prophet of Allah,
but he is not G-d or Lord, nor the son of G-d. Muslims do not believe that
Isa …, also known as Jesus by Christians and others, is dead or was ever
crucified. We believe that he was raised to heaven and is there, and will
descend at the appointed time, end all wars, and bring peace to the world.
Like Jesus …, Muhammad … is also a Prophet and Messenger. Muhammed … is the
last Prophet, though, and there is none after him. Hence, Islam is
the last religion, complete, with the Holy Qur'an as the unchanged and perfect
word of G-d for over 1400 years, as G-d promised to preserve it till the
last day for all of humankind, unlike sacred texts of other religions which
have multiple versions and are ‘revised’ periodically. G-d, or Allah
in Arabic, is Divine and Supreme Being and Creator.”
On February 28, 2004, we received two email messages
commenting on two of our articles pertaining to Islam. Our reply follows
his messages.
Literally, “that which is often read,
recited, or rehearsed.” The religious text or Law of Islam; falsely claimed
by Islam to be the final and complete inspired word of “God” transmitted to
the “prophet” Mohammad
by the angel Gabriel. … This is what the G-d of the Bible says about the
Qur'an: “But the prophet (Mohammad)
who speaks a word presumptuously in My name which I have not commanded him
to speak, or which he speaks in the name of other gods (Allah), that prophet shall
die.” [Deuteronomy (Devarim) 18:20] …
The Palestinian National
Covenant—the “Constitution” of the Palestinian Liberation Organization
(P.L.O.)—simply does not permit the existence of the State of Israel.
Therefore, there can only be peace in Aretz Yisrael when either the P.L.O.
or Israel is totally eliminated from Ha'Aretz. …
With the false
hope for Israel-Palestinian peace provided by the “Road Map,” some serious
concerns remain that affect not only Israel, but the entire Christian world
as well. Israel will now be pressured to relinquish control of many areas,
including those that contain Christian holy sites. This situation could be
disastrous for both Israel and world Christianity. …

Understanding Islam
by Joel Chernoff, General Secretary
“...The good news is that G-d himself
will intervene and break the back of the Moslem faith. The G-d of Israel
will confront the armies of Islam supernaturally and send them the message
that the G-d of Israel is G-d and not the G-d of Islam. Not only that, but
Isaiah 19:23-25 states that the Arab world will turn and follow the G-d of
Israel and that they, with Israel, will become unified in the worship of
the G-d of Israel....”
